PREMA, BALA & ASSOCIATES was set up in February 1999 in Ipoh, Perak with the objective of providing a wide range of legal as well as advisory service for corporate and private clients throughout Malaysia.
HABEEB RAHMAN & ASSOCIATES was established in 2001 in Petaling Jaya, Selangor also with the objective of providing a wide range of legal as well as advisory service for corporate and private clients throughout Malaysia. On the 1st April 2002 after much planning and preparation both the firms decided to consolidate their knowledge, experience and energy to provide a wider range of service to our clients to form “PREMA, BALA, HABEEB RAHMAN & ASSOCIATES”. This amalgamation was done for the single minded purpose and goal to provide the very highest level of legal service as well as easy accessibility to our clients throughout Malaysia.
Today our firms consist of three partners and sufficient clerical and general staff in order for us to render our professional services with utmost efficiency. In a short period of time we have been appointed as panel solicitors to various banks, finance companies, housing developers and consultancy firms to provide our wide range of legal services.
The background of our lawyers allows us to penetrate any area of the law without much difficulty. We provide discreet but result orientated service in any field of law. We are committed to provide effective and efficient service for individual businesses, banks, industries and much more.
